It's very rare for it to get more than a few degrees below freezing.
It's just perpetually drizzling/light raining, cloudy, windy and just above freezing 8 months a year and it gets really fucking old.
I didn't see the sun for entire seasons sometimes, and was legitimately surprised to feel sun on my skin a couple times.
Not for everyone.
