If you opened the channels, chances are all of the liquidity is on your side of the channels, so you can't receive anything. You either need to purchase a channel from someone else, so all the liquidity is on their side of the channel, or you need to send some sats out, either to another Lightning wallet you own, or start zapping some folks, or you can send larger amounts to yourself on-chain using Boltz.exchange.
