Meta/FB, whatever they call themselves, has a definitive history of behavior on the web. We know what they will do because they've done it repeatedly.
The idea that we need to have a meeting to confirm those intentions falls flat for me because we know what they are going to do, so any information disseminated under an NDA is to protect them.
It is naive to assume they will magically change when they come to the fedi.
Because if that had that intention, they wouldn't be hiding behind a non-disclosure.
