Just had a rather funny moment at work:

A coworker - who's not a German native speaker - was working on some invoices. They sent me a screenshot of the invoice header that said: "Zahlungsart: Nachnahme". They thought, something was wrong - why would the payment type be "last name"? Well...

"Nachname" - last name
"Nachnahme" - cash on delivery
(Both are pronounced the same btw.)

German truly is a weird language. 😅
