Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, a member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, attended the final competitions of the "Al Lubba" 2024-2025 Arabian Purebred Horse Racing and Camel Racing Festival, held under the patronage of Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The event was also attended by Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, the Crown Prince of Umm Al Quwain. The festival featured various competitions, including those for the oldest and youngest horses, and attracted a large crowd of horse racing enthusiasts from the UAE and other Gulf Cooperation Council countries. In the main stages, "Dari" ridden by Mohammed Sultan bin Mirkhan Al Ketbi took first place, while "Shaddad" won the local camel racing competition, finishing the course in 9:16:41 minutes. In the second stage, "Masyaha" ridden by Manae' Ali Mohammed Al Shamisi won the local horse racing competition, crossing the finish line in 9:08:70 minutes. In the third stage, "Tayif" ridden by Ahmed Sultan Al Halami won the open camel racing competition, finishing in 9:16:40 minutes. In the final stage, "Wajdan" ridden by Saeed Ali Rashid Al Suwailim won the open horse racing competition, crossing the finish line in 9:12:70 minutes. At the end of the event, the Ruler of Umm Al Quwain honored the winners of the main stages, in the presence of Sheikh Rashid bin Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, President of the Presidential Flight Authority.
