How easy would it be to do a version of the Phil Collins Face Value album cover but with the facial features of Barry Chuckle?

I'm not particularly good with any such software. I'm sure I could knock it up with some AI thing but, to be honest, I don't want the hassle of signing up to such a service.

This is for my own niche interest, although am considering it for a music release.
