First you privatise the big things, then you starve the smaller service providers eg NHS dentists and council-run care homes so they privatise themselves, then hand remaining public sector services to the 'third sector'. Finally you decide we need a dose of austerity and cut fees/funding. If the charities and trusts go bust then that's their fault not a government issue.",
