Hello! Good afternoon everyone and happy New Year’s Eve! The “kids” and the dog have gone for a walk on the beach at Amroth, Tom and I have been to our local butcher and fishmonger to buy salmon and steak, and I’ve got chestnut, bean and butternut squash soup bubbling away on the hob. Tonight we’ll be dining at a local restaurant and I fully intended to have their delicious ribs.
