I’m extremely sensitive to fats apparently. I’m discovering this as we move along the journey. Had GI problems my whole life and finally figuring out some culprits. I could bathe in walnut, almond or avocado oil but even olive oil is like poison for me. Trying to stop having that experience of being poisoned by my food.
