When I applied for gender-affirming care, the current estimated time until intake was 18 months.
That's 27 months ago, and I was recently called for the one and only update I've received since then. "Yeah the waiting list hasn't moved at all since you applied". Meaning I still have 18 months left, 27 months later.
This is the real & worsening state of trans related care in The Netherlands, the country that fucking came up with the usage of puberty blockers (GnRHs) in GAC.
The Dutch can do better, they just don't want to.
