I'm not sure if those are even standard because one thing that makes the USB-C standard way more cursed than it had to be is that basically all USB-C cables are "active". They need to have a chip inside them that tells the devices what the cables are capable off in terms of data, voltages and power. AFAIK, all old A cables are 5 volts always, this is maybe the greatest change in the whole thing (and why "fast charging" exists)
