Survived another birthday. Whew! A brunch of hero sandwiches and a dinner of gnocchi pasta in a parmesan cream sauce. My mom helped with the cake (chocolate - my chocolate cakes never turn out well), but I did the peanut butter icing. The topper (a paper maché octopus) was dressed up as the Greatest American Hero.
Now I'm going to drink bourbon and collapse into a corner.
