More and more politicians of the French liberal-conservative LR come out of their holes with confessions that they would form a coalition with the radical right RN if the situation arose.
The shift of narratives and discourses towards the centre of society undermines a democratic system. At some point, nobody can be trusted anymore. So anyone who leans to the extreme right to fish for votes is not only tipping into the swamp, they are enlarging it. But warnings are now coming too late.
