KidKnievel (nprofile…gznp) I owned two 4-plexes at the time. I sold one and made $50k at the top of the 2008 bubble. I lived in the other one and so I lost my ass. I had too walk away from it.
I was the only one in the 4-plex.
It was winter time in Colorado Springs. I packed up and left the water on with no heat. Haha
