Update: should not have fucked off into the woods. Didn't eat enough, started getting vertigo, walked back in relentless sun, collapsed in shade and couldn't get up again, had to call 911. Paramedics gave me Gravol, now in hospital getting fluids. Will have to go back in next few days to retrieve bike still locked there.
