To me, having high quality social interaction with females (I'm male) is the best anti-porn remedy. It doesn't even sexual. Most of the time, I know that deep in my heart, I'm not look for sexual excitement when watching porn. I'm looking for things that can be never found in porn.

One problem of modern society is that we don't know how to normally socialize with the other gender. It was never a thing in history to be able to freely socialize with the other gender. Therefore, in our culture, there are still lots of stereotypes on both genders and it stops us from honestly socialize with the other gender.

It's very important to have healthy friendships with women, as a man.
