The first time Trump won I was inbetween undergrad and fulltime work. I had nothing to do but stress about it. And I felt powerless.

This time, I have a job that feels meaningful, and I'm involved in community efforts that feel like they make a difference.

I think we feel most powerless when we're doing nothing and bad things happen. In this way, trying creates resilience.

For me, it's time to regroup and think about how to redirect my efforts in the future.
