It's nothing like mangled fresco Jesus! I can totally tell that this is your dog, and that he's standing in a pose that obscures his fourth leg. He looks like he is leaning forward to sniff the air. But if you're not happy with it, adding in that fourth leg might help. Or a little more shading to make the shadow more obvious.
