Yesterday morning my colleague in the purchasing department sent out an email to all Edmonton staff indicating a shortage of coffee supplies and warning that we might be seeing some variations on items we are accustomed to.
Later I told her, "That was a very brave thing you did this morning."
She knew exactly what I meant.
