Instead of no taxes on tips, how about just raising the income threshold for being taxed. If a waiter with tips makes the same income as another worker who doesn't get tips, does it make sense to just give the waiter a break while the other person pays taxes? Also, this is all very easy if we raise the taxes on the rich, especially the hundred million aires and the billionaires.
