I had PT today, doing a lot of squats and strengthening exercises for my legs, including balance stuff for both my knee and MS. Then I went for a 45 minute walk when I got home, with a wee pause in the middle to chat with a nice neighbor. That's not too bad. I'm knackered, but in the best way.
