I know I am usually defending the misfit retailers but I am still surprised by how often e-commerce sellers think they can sell their *completely different product* through a brand's trademarked and branded listing. Even I can understand that customers are going to be upset if they think they are ordering the trendy, modern, fancy brand's product and they get a vaguely similar but unbranded generic product in no packaging. It's fraud? You're lying about the source of your product!
