He’s still advocating Western nations fund the war in his homeland.
He doesn’t see it being started by fascist Banderites (with US support) and he doesn’t see that fascist Banderites are going to end up in control regardless.
He just wants Westerners to keep pouring in money so Russia doesn’t win. That’s it. That’s the level of his argument.
