Eesh, my old Cooking Progress thread was 2 accounts at least 1 year and 1 gender ago. Got time so I wanna cook!!

Chili sauce, soy sauce glaze, ground beef, jasmine rice, fresh cilantro, green beans, crispy onions, added some extra chili sauce and doubled up on rice/meat to meal prep a bit

I've made it before so I'm not impressed but it was easy and fun! cleaned up quick too and most importantly tasted great. Needed more veggies.
