So Tulip Siddiq has resigned, but one might wonder that given her situation (vis a vis the flat she was given and by whom) she might have suggested to Keir Starmer that taking a portfolio that directly included issue of corruption might not have been the best idea.

But then again, as the political class often does, she likely thought that for her this wasn't corruption but just a private matter; but is it was never likely to stay that way, & she should have realised that earlier!
