I've been using iiNet as our ISP for about 12 years. They are trying to improve profitability by cutting services. They shovelled off email services to a 3rd party email company. The 3rd party email handler now wants $2.50/mo. But iiNet still wants the same rates for ISP services.
Have you ever heard of a retail ISP that didn't provide email as a standard feature? Me neither. IiNet can discount by $2.50/mo.
I'm a pensioner and have nothing better to do than run a TIO complaint. #LFG
