I use a PiHole too. Since it is a DNS block list it does not block all In-video ads even some block lists that try to block *.googlevideo.com, which ends up blocking video playback at times. This is because some sites like YouTube, Hulu, Twitch show server side ads from the same domain that streams the video. So it's a cat and mice game to find out which *.googlevideo.com domain shows the ads vs the video playback. Also these change every couple weeks.
