One trick I've always used when I can't sleep
I just think about how fortunate I am to have a pillow to lay on.
Many do not have that luxury
Any anxious feelings disappear quickly
Seeing all that is happening in the world, from natural disasters to war, just remember to be thankful for the blessings you have as you rest your head on your pillow.
