So I tried smoked eggs today and we’ll say it was a learning process. The end resulting flavor was outstanding but the presentation was eeeeh.

If you plan on trying it, I recommend doing a soft boil on the stove or in an egg cooker so the shells come off clean, THEN put the deshelled eggs on the smoker for an hour. Don’t add the shelled eggs straight on the smoker. #eggstr #foodstr #snacks
