Rather than not senselessly murder black and brown folks to avoid jail completely, they'd rather murder them and just don't want to be sanctioned for it at all.
I feel like anyone who *wants* to be a cop should under no circumstances be *allowed* to be a cop.
Law enforcement officers should be viewed by any sensible person with immediate suspicion and caution.
