Was just in bed and nodding off and then saw this. THIS IS THE WAY! I’m older now, but started off-roading/mountain biking when the craze hit in the mid to late 80s. And I swear it has paid dividends in later life. Still can ride, solid knees, retain good balance and spatial awareness, plus can’t beat being outside! Awesome! #cycling
