Okay, I've been thinking about it more, and I'm going to try this split out for a while:

Push: pecs, front/side delts, scapular protractors, upper abs
Pull: lats, traps, rhomboids, rear delts, lower back
Legs: hamstrings, adductor/abductor, calves, shins, lower abs
Arms: obliques, glutes, biceps, forearms, triceps

Weeks:

Push, Pull, Arms, Legs, Pull, Push, Arms
Legs, Pull, Rest, Push, Pull, Legs, Arms

Per two weeks:

4 x Pull
3 x Push
3 x Arms
3 x Legs

We shall see how it goes.
