Unbiased reporting doesn't exist, but a publication can cover a number of perspectives to try and achieve balance. Unfortunately, readers might not like this model because the content might not always align with their beliefs. Readers accustomed to having their viewpoints reflected and reinforced may find balanced reporting dissonant, leading to dissatisfaction or mistrust in the media outlet.

An alternative to balanced reporting is catering to a specific audience with a particular opinion. The issue here is this has great potential to create an echo-chamber (see The Atlantic, New York Times and even Tucker Carlson). The risks of echochambers are the radicalization of readers and perpetuating conflict with people of opposing viewpoints.

I wish this was easy, but it's not, and it can't be, unless I choose to stop caring.
