Now emerging from the 🐇🕳️ of which safety razor blade is the best for a bread lame...
Consensus seems to be Derby or Feather, both of which seem to have a better edge on the blade corner. And a premium price (Feather more so).
The ones that came with my lame are Apache brand and pretty much every review I can find says they are total crap! 🤷♂️
Definitely time to buy some new blades!
