Still researching swap with #ZFS on #Linux and it seems it's a mine field. Some say yesy they successfully have an encrypted swap in the zpool and don't use hibernation and it's fine. Others say no if you encounter high memory pressure your system will hang. Then there's those that say don't use native zfs encryption and put swap and zpool in an encrypted luks lvm setup. But that means using grub again which to me is slow to unlock systems.
