Do not get the pack. If you do, throw it away before you smoke one.
If you smoke one, it will not have wasted the last 60 hours, but it make for a self destructive 61st hour.
Should your actions result in a self drstructive 61st hour, throw away the pack. Do not compound the error with more future self destructive actions.
Repeat for all future hours.

1. Don't fall off the wagon -- long term good prevails.
