My experience with NZXT started and ended about 10 years ago when I bought their HUE something something RGB controller from an authorized store, which ended up being faulty out of the box. The store refused to provide assistance (shitty but it was a small brick and mortar store so I'll cut them some slack) and told me to contact NZXT. Which I did. Several times. Only to receive "lmao not our problem" kind of replies. So I'm not at all surprised for them to be outed like scummy assholes.
