There were some guys who were going to protest at January 6th, but couldn't due to flight delays but that didn't keep the Feds from locking them up for "conspiracy to riot" or some such bullsh!t. Whether or not someone goes to jail is completely up to their discretion as "legal barriers" aren't even speed bumps for them.
