I think Blackrock and Goldman who Zelensky thanked in a speech not long ago should pay a percentage of their profits back to the deficit for the generosity of US Americans right now and basically funding their military. Look at the second country and their “contributions” to the Ukrainian fight. It’s pitiful. Beyond pitiful really. This is all deficit spending to those who need a refresher. Which means it’s an “unpaid” expense. We have no idea when this will end and no indication of talks coming to end this war. I agree Putin needed to be stopped as if he takes Ukraine he most likely won’t stop there but these companies coming after and profiting from investing to rebuild I firmly believe a percentage of those profits should be used to pay this deficit down. Taxes on profits aren’t the answer either as that’s a pittance compared to what will be made on re-building this country. Taxes fund the government. A percentage would be much better for the “generosity” being shown right now.
