With rising prices, there is no longer a reason to eat at McDonald's. Most restaurants have aligned their prices with better ingredients. I'm speaking for France and perhaps Europe.
It may be different elsewhere. I know that in the United States, some areas are filled with fast food or even just McDonald's, which doesn't really give you a choice. If you're hungry and short on time, they have a monopoly.
