So an already conflicting coworker came online 2 hours late, made every single possible mistake he could have while performing a task for a project that I'm coordinating while I was on lunch, caused major impact that warranted a TRT, calling people to come online over the weekend, then blamed it on "I wasn't trained to know what 'Pending Approval' meant", "I was trying to stick to the schedule and the dipshit that we needed to route the traffic as per the special instructions doesn't work on the weekends and ignored me so I did it anyways", and finally "I didn't look at the traffic volume on the server" then proceeded to have an attitude for the rest of the day
Caused me to write up a long email to a lot of people, caused what's going to be a multi-week case study on the incident, cussed out our manager, said he might not come back next week, etc.
