Thanks, the first Inner Breeze app is relatively simple and only focuses on the Wim Hof method. It's a great lightweight alternative to the official Wim Hof app ,without any tracking and fully open source.

In the new version I am working on I will provide different practices as well and not only focus on the wim hof method, and also allow you to modify each practice to your liking.
