Whenever I say we should return to 1940-1980 tax levels for the super wealthy (billionaires) of 91%+ marginal tax I hear, "If you do that billionaires will leave America."
To which I say two things:
1. Didn't happen last time, won't happen now.
2. Promise? Don't threaten me with a good time.
