Sucks for them, though. I get the best of both worlds because I have a friend who has an account in kind of a halfway state between the US and the Philippines so I just joined his family plan and...now I get YTP for $2 a month. Is it against TOS? Very likely. But Google hasn't said crap in the 4 months I've had it.
So they can suck it.
