Did this with my dad (he doesn't like bitcoin) , gave him a 100 euro gift when bitcoin was at 10k, it's now worth 1000 euros and he still doubts it all. Feels like I'm talking to a brick wall when it comes to money. He's such a fiat slave, reason why we never had much money at home I guess.
Showed him how much the euros would be worth if they were at the bank with reported inflation (we all know it's higher), but he just doesn't want to hear it. I love my dad but he's a fucking slave of the system.
