Call her how *she* wants to. Her Shitter handle says "KamalaHQ", implying she's okay with 1st name.
Looking at the UK and Israel, Boris or Bibi were never used in a disrespectful but "this is an approachable pal" kind of way.
BTW, very confident that as soon as she's nominated and picked a VP candidate, we'll see "Harris/Walz" or whomever she picks signs.
