It looks really advanced but it's just drones you get off Amazon. Also on Amazon are accessories where you can clip things to the drone, and press a button on the remote control to drop them.
The drones only cost a few hundred quid, and are completely reusable - they even automatically fly back to you on battery low or signal loss.
They also radio broadcast the exact GPS coordinates of the person using the remote control at all times.
