No you don't understand. We are saying different things here. Seed oils aren't the devil. You need a certain amount of omega 6's. They're essential. I'm arguing that it's all in the dosage.
If you have a a decent cellular balance you don't need to eliminate them all together. Do you understand?
I could use the same argument about water. Water is great for you in the right doses, but too much of it will kill you! Is water the devil?
The dosage makes the poison!
