From my research, this is a 1960s Naugahyde Steelcase Armless chair, can’t find the exact model tho, I had to use my imagination for some details because of the lack of good pictures from the movie. This is a mix of hand sculpted sculpey (cushions) resin print (base wheel support) and styrene (back support)
