Depends on what you mean by well. If the Fediblock part of Mastodon fits, then absolutely. Bluesky gained notoriety in the first place because it accumulated the same people via their invite-only system when they started, i.e. people who thought Twitter was too "extreme" under Dorsey pre-Musk. Those people are in charge of moderating your posts. In regards to bridging, I have no idea what people are smoking that makes them assume they won't get their access to Bluesky removed if they don't toe the line exactly to their moderation standards.
